Excellent local spot. Dennis is a great host and I've had a great time every time I've been.
I never want to leave! Every bartender feels to me like an old friend I haven't seen in awhile. You can't beat that with a bat.
It depends on how much your drinking as to how much you spend nice place my first time there. A little small for the amount of people in there. But still a nice place to have a few drinks

The Monkey Club in Philly offers awesome local beers, a great atmosphere, and reasonable pricing. It's a community dive bar with friendly staff and a chill vibe. Vegetarian options like veggie wings are available. Cash only with an ATM on site. Upstairs, there's a pool table for socializing. The bar has a diverse crowd, including gorgeous women, nonbinary folks with niche hobbies, bisexuals with interesting jackets, and trans people who excel in all of the above. The drinks can be strong, but the overall vibe is great, making it a good spot to chill with friends.
