Absolutely love everything about Phil It Up. The food, ice cream and service are all exceptional
anyone else have a consistency problem? 2nd time we've ordered 2 specialty flavor cones. That only come in one size and they come out 2 totally different sizes. talked with an employee about it and they said it is the amount of ice cream they are using. shouldn't there be a consistent measurement?
Best little place in town. Ice cream, snacks, sandwiches, they have it all. Quick and friendly service.
