I love Trivia Wednesdays but the food needs upgraded. I will eat before I come to trivia. Steaks are never cooked right. Flatbreads are soggy. Bacon wrapped scallops were 10 dime sized scallops deep fried, very dry and expensive. Wisconsin cheese soup was condensed right out of the can with no reconstitution. Mixed drink specials are watered down. I feel bad for this place, they could do so much better.
Today was our first time to eat at Venture Inn. We have been going to our camper at Happy Acres Campground for 12 years and never stopped to dine here. Today on our way back home from opening our camper we decided we were stopping in for an early supper. We were not disappointed and will be stopping again.
