Tried going here twice today for pretzels. 6 hours between times! Was told they were 8 minutes from having pretzels be done both times. Waited 10 minutes the second time, went back to order and was told they never put them in... it would still be 10 minutes or more. 😑 They has none left at all and had been turning customers away! I wasn’t the only one disappointed, many of us were.
Never had this bad of an experience with my local auntie Anne’s.
