This shop is a wonderful place to pop into while you are strolling the streets of Jim Thorpe. We came for the coffee and it did not disappoint! The espresso in my mocha was wonderfully balanced. The shop has plenty of seating although it does fill up quickly. I would recommend trying the mocha for a sweet caffeinated boost of energy.
We stopped in for coffee while visiting the town. The shop uses quality ingredients and the staff knows their products. The gentleman who served us was very friendly and kind. He took great care in crafting our drinks. I was expecting a regular, run of the mill coffee. Imagine my surprise when this smooth, perfectly brewed, just the right balance of coffee, milk, and caramel flavor was served to me at a most perfect temperature. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. Guys this is a must stop place for PA. Customer service is amazing. (I spilled my brand new cup of coffee and was ready to pay for another one but they gave me another cup for free). The infrastructure was really unique and nice too. And the best to top it all off, their coffee quality WOW. I regret not asking if they sold their beans to go. We also ordered a chai tea latte and this is quality tea, not some flavored shit.
