I had the red curry and a Sakura roll and was quite happy with both. They came in a very reasonable amount of time and tasted very good. Normally if I sushi some place it's little thin pieces about as wide as a bottle cap but the the rolls are a generous amount of food. The presentation was lovely and whoever cooked the rice nailed it! My host and server were lovely and the prices were so much better than I was expecting, especially in a tourist town, that it felt like time...
First time here today. Every place in town had a 45min wait so we patiently waited it out....for 80+ mins when it was all said and done. Once we got seated, the waitress was nice and the food was good. But probably not 90-min-wait-good.

I absolutely love the esthetic in downtown Jim Thorpe, and Myst more than perfectly fits in to add flavor to the environment. Food was fantastic, and the portion sizes exceeded expectations during their lunch hours. Server was absolutely fantastic and beyond helpful and attentive.
