We came upon it while driving through the area. The environment was really nice. The service and the food were great (we had the pot roast). We're a couple of hours away from home but would make the trip if we wanted to take a day trip.
Food was good overall. The spinach artichoke dip was a little bland and not as hot as it could be. The chips served with it were great but you do get way more chips then you need for a relatively small dip. Sirloin steaks with sauce were tasty and well cooked. Onion rings were good. Did not care for the coleslaw. Our waitress was fast and very friendly / helpful. The view from the patio was nice but nothing spectacular.
Honestly, we came here mainly to enjoy the view. We ordered simple chicken wings, and they were very tasty. Overall, we liked everything.
The only downside is that they don’t accept Apple Pay — you can only pay with a credit or debit card. We didn’t have our cards with us, so it was a bit difficult for us to figure out how to pay.
I think in the 21st century, places should already have a proper system that allows...
