We went there today on our way to Philly. 4 people working. Employees only wanted to talk to each other. We ordered an iced latte and gave it to us hot. Why? Because the guy working (longer hair) wanted to talk to all the other employees. With about 20 people in line he goes “I have to go to the back and fix my hair it’s a mess”

Obviously franchise owner can care less. What a disgrace to the Starbucks Franchise

This is probably the most overpriced Starbucks I've ever been to including international ones and at the airport. I was charged over $8 for a tall iced latte with oat milk. The drink was mostly ice and the most pathetic looking bit of whipped cream. It didn't even reach the side of the lid. It was literally just a small swirl in the middle. Don't do this to yourself. If you're desperate for caffeine just go to the next service stop. The Allentown service area has Dunkin. Anything is better than this insulting experience.

Emily is the absolute best!! She has to be the manager because she is just always so helpful! New drink ideas and helps you choose what you want when you don’t even know it! Always gives a little convo every time you come get your coffee and she makes every single one with love ?❤️

I shouldn’t have to write this, but Starbucks should educate their staff at this location on how to handle situations like this. Tonight (8/25), we purchased $40 worth of Starbucks products. The woman at the counter was very helpful and patient with our autistic children. However, the man working there was disrespectful, condescending, and openly expressed his negative thoughts as we were leaving. We can’t change the fact that our children have a disability, but we believe Starbucks should be accountable for ensuring their staff understands how to interact with children like ours and refrains from being rude or verbally offensive when they are triggered. As a frequent customer, I was extremely disappointed and heartbroken that my children had to witness this kind of behavior from an adult.

Worst Starbucks. Customer service and coffee has gone very down hill, it use to be great but now it’s just a bunch of students who don’t take their job seriously. If they aren’t too busy talking to their friends that visit them the coffee might as well be called flavored water / milk. I come regularly and it’s just gotten worse and worse over time. I ordered two coffees both extremely watery we asked nicely to remake them and instead added an unacceptable amount of espresso to the cup. At this point we gave up and left. I live 2 minutes away and I would rather take the 20 minute drive to Dunkin Donuts.

Worst customer service, cashier not paid attention took long to take my order , barista made a wrong item and there were no napkins , when asked for napkins, they started passing orders to a chain of people and no body filled the empty nakins .... On top hygiene is poor ...hope Starbucks pays attention
