Horrible experience. Medium size coffee was filled to small size portion. Arrogant attitude by staff. Asked for a croissant and none in stock. Did not even offer another alternative the might have had. Short this stock. Their time has past.

I always stop by this starbucks on my way to my in-laws from Delaware and it’s always a pleasure. The staff are always pleasant, friendly and professional. The coffee today was right on time and they had some nice cups and I also purchased some decaf coffee beans that I had grinded up for espresso.

I wanted to try blackberry sage. I was in shock from over 6 bucks for small size! Are you serious? Just for flavored water?
Also surprised that they use receipt paper from Burger King. Friendly chain?

I was waiting in line with Kateryna Lvania who posted the one star on that barista a day ago. Kateryna was extremely rude and disrespectful to that barista. That poor girl had just gotten into Starbucks with her bag and coat seeming as if she was just clocking in. Kateryna as soon as that poor girl starts to make drinks started to yell at her demanding for her drink. The barista handled it perfectly and asked for her name which she in response said “I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes for my drink”. The barista apologized and said she would be making her drink soon. The barista handed out one more drink before Kateryna and started yelling again at the barista asking where her drink was. The barista again politely, seeming to be on the verge of tears, asked if her name was Kateryna and that her drink was finishing up now. The barista politely said to have a good day with a broken smile of her face. I watched the whole situation play out and it broke my heart for that barista. We as customers need to do better when we can see that it was short staffed. I am a regular here at hickory run and have never had a problem with that barista specifically. She is always smiling, welcoming, and working hard every time I see her.

I went in at 11:00 just wanted to get a regular coffee. There were three people in line ahead of me. There were also three staff members. I waited eight minutes and it never got to me. I got upset and left without a coffee. Very slow service.

We went there today on our way to Philly. 4 people working. Employees only wanted to talk to each other. We ordered an iced latte and gave it to us hot. Why? Because the guy working (longer hair) wanted to talk to all the other employees. With about 20 people in line he goes “I have to go to the back and fix my hair it’s a mess”

Obviously franchise owner can care less. What a disgrace to the Starbucks Franchise
