First time eating here with a table 8 of us. Food came out all about the same time which was nice. Place was pretty crowded however its wasn't that loud so you could have a conversation. This isn't a super fancy place but its not a hole in the wall either. Overall the food was really good from the burgers to the shrimp and grits to the salmon all good. The price seemed reasonable to the portions. Making reservations again for a table of 6 can't wait. Looking forward to it will update review when were done.

Dive bar with surprisingly good food and ridiculously cheap happy hour deals on a Monday night. Favorite dish was the beer cheese pretzel. Perfect after a long ski day.

Stopped in for dinner before heading to a show in Jim Thorpe. Everything was delicious. I forgot to take a picture of the chocolate covered strawberries and fritos but our spinach, beet and goat cheese salad with candied walnuts, bbq pork sandwich and sweet chili wings are pictured. Service was equally great despite only one server and a full house. Definitely will come again and avoid the crowds in town. A little loud but a great local hangout.

Just a tip for the chef. If you have a special like seafood gumbo...Please make sure it comes out hot not room temp. I didn't eat. Won't be back. Tired of places making stupid mistakes.
Porter tap beer was excellent. Bar seating was all that was available when we arrived which was fine. The beverage and food menus were of good variety. My date ordered the cheesesteak poutine with side of coleslaw. He said it was literally the best coleslaw he’s ever had…that’s a high gold complement there! He’s sandwich wasn’t hot but said the taste was decent. I ordered the pork BBQ sandwich which was favorable but lukewarm at best, the garlic parm fries had potential but seemed like they were sitting under a heat lamp, not fresh. All in all we’d definitely return for the drinks, atmosphere and energy.

We always enjoy our visits to the favorite local haunt! The food is excellent and they have a great selection of craft beer. Just be sure to bring plenty of cash and/or be prepared to use the ATM. This restaurant is great, but not very large, so be prepared to wait or snuggle together!Parking: Street parking only. You might have your walk down the block a ways.
