“I bought my father tickets with a meal to see True Grit as a Father's Day present. My father showed up today (8/17) for the showing only to find the doors locked and the lights out. You are unable to leave a voicemail when you call. For $62, I expect a LOT better! If tickets weren't selling, the buyer should have been notified via email (the same way the tickets were transfer).
Edit: I received a message on Facebook explaining the classic movie was cancelled. Today (8/18) I got a phone call from an employee emphasizing their deepest apologies for how this cancellation was handled. He took complete responsibility after explaining he thought the tickets belonged to a regular that frequents the classic movies often featured at this location. He corrected the issue with refunding my money and he felt so bad he gave us a couple movie passes for the inconvenience. This employee was very receptive to my suggestion of posting on Facebook or the website the next time a show like this is cancelled. It started off as a bad situation, but was handled very well and positively once communication was addressed.“
