The bread they use on their subs is easily the best bread I've ever had on a sub... crispy outside, soft inside... its really just perfect.If you've never stopped at Clark's for a sub, you are missing out. “A local favorite in my hometown, and their food truck is a hit at any party. The loaded dawg comes with hot dog, pulled pork, bbq sauce, cheese, and cole slaw (but of course I add jalapeños!) the seasoned fries have a bbq seasoning and are delicious!“

“I had my bridal shower catered by the owner of Parrot Bay Cafe on Saturday and it was a truly perfect experience. During the planning process the owner, Steve, was amazing with giving me information and some suggestions to plan a good meal for all of m guests. He then proceeded to travel some distance just to cater my bridal shower, arriving very punctually and bringing every utensil and condiment I could have asked for. My guests could not stop raving about how much they loved the food! I absolutely recommend getting catering from them, and will be making it a point to find their food truck out and about!“

“I cant say enough nice things about this place. I had my wedding here and the people who run it instantly made us feel at ease. The beauty of their decorations is amazing. Once we saw it we had to have our ceremony and reception here. they handled all the hard work so all we had to do is show up and enjoy our day. I'll be recommending them to everyone!!“
“Went to a wedding over the weekend where the food was catered in by Joey Del’s. The food I had tasted great! We had stuffed chicken breasts, green bean almandine, pasta with sauce, parsley potatoes, and I believe my husband had prime rib. The owner even walked around to make sure everyone was enjoying their food. My only critique is on the salad, there was too much dressing and that made the salad too wet. There was a fresh fruit spread that was nice and fruit tasted good, not sour. Other than that, I’d recommend them. Not sure about the cost though since I didn’t pay.“
