Lou did a phenomenal job with our wedding. She was easy to work with and helped us think through all of the details of planning dinner for 80 guests. She drove samples out to us to try for our wedding and came separately with her husband to the venue to plan out the flow of the event. The food was phenomenal (We loved her recommendation for Salmon) and Lou was able to handle unexpected rain at our backyard wedding and pivot the serving and preparation of food to a different location...read full review
