Great service very fresh doughnuts & coffee ..very friendly customer service..employees were extremely helpful and very quick at there job …I seriously give them 5 stars all around
The workers here are so rude and incompetent. When you pull up to the speaker they don’t greet you, they go to straight “go ahead w your order” then after you place your order, they say ok and you’re to know to pull up rather than be given a total. Then when you do get to the window, your drink is wrong. My suggestion would be to fire all of them and start fresh.

The Dunkin on Minno Drive, Johnstown has a very rude manager. She was working the drive through and refused to sell me 2 1/2 dozen donuts. I only got 6, and not what I wanted. When I parked my car and went inside to check, they had PLENTY of donuts to sell me what I wanted, but of course at that point, I just left. She needs fired.
