McDonald's in Johnstown

“I know some of the people that run this place and they’re really good peps ! My food today super yummy and fries were hot ! Honestly I wish more places were like McDonalds and have a place to pull up people so they can actually get the fresh food they want this McDonald’s does it right :) ty ty ty guys“

“It's been a long time since I came to a McDonald's and didn't leave pissed off. My food didn't take forever, my order wasn't messed up, when I asked for salt I didn't feel like an inconvenience for it, they weren't in the back cussing and yelling, they were actually working. I'm actually impressed!“

“There is only a few things that I am not happy with at this location. But they are pretty significant.
#1. It takes SO LONG for the food to get made. 95% of the time I wait more than 20 minutes for my food. And I don’t order a lot for it to take that long.
#2. I’ve come across A LOT of ignorant employees here. I’ve encountered more ignorant than nice ones.
#3. Most of the employees are DISGUSTING &/or LAZY & unprofessional. Once there was a girl working, who was both nasty & lazy. She was a colored girl who had hair down to her ass, that wasn’t pulled up into a ponytail let alone hair net. While just standing there while everyone else around her was working, she picked at her hair. Then she proceeded to touch people’s food. I’ve had multiple employees talk to each other over the intercom while I’m trying to place my order. Sometimes it’s just talking & a few other times it was flirting. Then I pulled up to the window & the ones that were flirting over the intercom was playfully shoving each other around & hugging.“

“I feel bad about leaving a one star review, but I have to be honest. Almost every time I frequent this particular McDonald’s, either my food is cold, the food in the bag wasn’t made properly, or an item I ordered was missing from the bag altogether!! I don’t want to say all of the employees, because there are some fine, outstanding people that work there, but a lot of the workers I see are just standing there talking and don’t seem to care about their job. I have called and spoken to management before about my orders being incorrect or completely missing an item and they didn’t seem to care about their job either. I would avoid this McDonald’s if possible and go 15 min out of the way to Richland if you wanted a better experience. Sorry, I left this one star, but had to tell the truth.

3/28/26 Updated…..I have returned to this McDonald’s several times since I left the one star review and I have to give credit where credit is due. The service has been very professional and the food has been served in a timely manner just the way I had ordered it. I apologize for the one star review I left previously. It wasn’t fair for

Based on what my opinion was of maybe one employee or maybe the group of staff that worked there for a short time. It seems they have really turned this place around. Kudos to the staff and Management for the hard work And Dedication, your efforts aren’t going unnoticed.“
