The food was great and came out quick! The back of house staff definitely know what they’re doing. “This was my first time eating Panera. It was average. The counter staff was unfriendly and spoke to the customer in front of us like they were idiots so we opted to just use the kiosk. The staff spent more time having "girl time" in the lobby with their friends that came in and out.
Our food was ok, at best. The bacon Mac and cheese was just Mac and cheese with no more than a tablespoon of bacon on top. My sandwich was ok, no complaints. My bf got a soup and it had that "straight from the can" taste. His sandwich was ok as well. We ordered a chocolate chip cookie too, and it looked like someone punched it about 6x before bagging it. I will say that I liked it the best though.
So to sum it all up-
*condescending staff that would rather mingle in the lobby. The guys making the food were doing what they were supposed to.
*Mid-average food.
*High prices for what you get.“
