We moved to Kennett Square over the summer and had walked past this unassuming restaurant many times. Locals had told us the food was fantastic and we had been wanting to go, but...COVID. This morning we finally got there for a late breakfast/early brunch and I was blown away by how delicious and fresh the food was. I recently moved to Kennett on State St and went here for breakfast. The food was good, wish they had pancakes but the French toast was tasty. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the restaurant, it looked a bit dirty.

Nothing fancy here ... good enough for us. We have been here for breakfast a few times and are always satisfied. Always happy to find parking nearby. We get what we pay for ... and that's a good thing. But ... customer reviews for grits? Is that really possible?
