Krispy Krunchy Chicken

Odd experience. Both of my orders were delivery, so my focus is on the food and service. First, the food. Really good; to the point of really sticking out compared to other venues. Even the sides were good.
Second, and most relevant. Both times (2 months apart), I ordered the 12 piece and two large sides. Both times, I received the same thing; meaning, my chicken was ALL thighs and legs. No wings, or breasts. The latter two are my favorite pieces, too. Another odd thing was I got 14 pieces, instead of 12. Would sound great, but I only ate the legs. I don't like thighs. So, I ate 7 legs and threw away the thighs. Sides were fine.
Despite the good food, and the misguided attempt at covering not giving me the right pieces, I won't eat here again. I even contacted their management via email. Nothing.
