Upon walking in immediately not what I expected. Walk up ordering, impolite staff, and overpriced food. I paid $6 for a cup of soup that looks like it was served at the chester county prison. Needs salt. And there are almost no gluten friendly options.
Also a lot of kids, which is totally okay! If they weren’t running around the place like a jungle gym.
Definitely won’t be coming back.

I'd rate 5-stars if they were to add some sort of safety measures to the "kids" area. As of this review there's far too much concrete and other places for kids to hurt themselves. Coupled with their parents drinking alcohol there's a disaster waiting to happen.

Menu listed quesadilla as not having gluten . When asked to check, the cashier seemed irritated but did ask and came back and said it did have a flour tortilla. They did not change the board even after that. Salad was inedible due to being overdressed and salty. Mocktails were half the size of a normal drink, and so full of ice, it was maybe 4 sips and very pricey. The atmosphere is nice to get together with a group, but I would eat beforehand.

Dietary restrictions: Very little gluten-free options and staff that are unaware.

Unfortunately the food was horrible. Super cute and fun place but I wouldn’t eat here again. We got a smash burger that was not a smash burger, just a frozen patty that was very undercooked. And the Mac and cheese was just meh, boxed would have been better.

This is the third time I have been here. I’ve never been disappointed with the food and I love the atmosphere.

Vegetarian options: They have quite a few vegan and vegetarian options. Their menu changes so what I post today might not be available whenever you are reading this. I got the pickle brine tofu sandwich. I know, sounds kind of not appetizing, but it was really good.

The atmosphere is great, but the selection at the bar is lacking. They could do with a few more choices of whiskey..

They have tons of beers, and the vibes are good. It's a lot bigger than you think it will be.

The overall experience at the creamery is nice. It is casual, family friendly, and the food is decent. However, they have a strictly enforced “no running” policy, so if your toddler only has one gear, you might want to wait until they are a little older.

Kid-friendliness: No running allowed, but there is plenty of space to move around in, things to climb on and interact with, and interesting things to see.
