I am tough on these 3 things, raised by incredible cook made healthy food taste best, surrounded by and taught about art and waited on with love, I grew up to love to listen to people, so I have to be able to hear.

Bonefish is consistently good. This last visit was okay compared to other visits which have been better. They could not make a simple change to a dish on the menu Which was a cod dish with scallops and shrimp topping. The kitchen said they couldn't remove the scallops because it comes premixed. That was surprising to hear. Then I asked if they could just grill a piece of cod and add the lemon butter topping. They couldn't do that. I ended up going with just the fish...

Service was meh. They brought salad with entree. The Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad was a house salad with maybe half a brussel sprout. They didn't bring me bread. I had to ask for it. The fish was good.
