Izzy was absolutely amazing—truly went above and beyond. He deserves a promotion! However, I’m giving service just one star, and that’s directed at management, not the staff. It’s completely unacceptable to have one person serving an entire restaurant for drinks and food around the bar. It’s unfair to the employees and creates a poor experience for customers. Management needs to step up and properly staff the team to set everyone up for success.
First of all, I came in hoping to get—and looking forward to—a tall glass of Angry Orchard hard cider on draft…. but first thing I am told upon being seated is they are “out” of it. Our server proceeds to tell us that the supplier(s) “brought the wrong keg” but possibly management fubbed the order and that was just the party line (yikes). Our server was generally not good. This location was running a special for BOGO (free) boneless wings, and I also had a reward...
Went there for late afternoon meal, our server Bri was so nice and took good care of us! The food was good and the wings had great flavor. That said, the atmosphere around the rest of the restaurant was toxic! There was another server there Rose who was so disrespectful to not only the other staff members but to customers. Her constant negative comments were not needed and to be honest completely unprofessional! Also the language she was using around families with children.
