The igloos are fully heated, super cozy, and even come with Bluetooth so you can play your own music and really set the vibe. We always bring our own food and drinks, which makes it feel personal and fun. Just make sure any adult beverages are in undisclosed bottles, because alcohol is technically not allowed. And definitely no smoking — that's strictly enforced. The entire environment is peaceful and beautifully set up, and the staff is super friendly every single time. “The NM Cafe is always a fun place to meet for lunch. It's bright and airy. The hostess and the server were very friendly and attentive. We each had a salad and they were very large. My friend changed her mind about salad dressing three times and the waiter was so pleasant and patient. Of course, everyone goes for the popovers and strawberry butter. They did not disappoint and I bought 6 to take home.“

“I came into this Cafe for help with a credit card account. Despite there being no one there who worked with credit card accounts, the employee who assisted me, Emma, was incredibly helpful. She tried very hard to help me resolve my issue, helped me call customer service, tried to talk to them for me, helped me file a complaint, and even made some very helpful suggestions regarding the matter. I feel as though she went above and beyond to help me, even when she didn't have to. I would absolutely come back again.“

“A happy surprise while looking for a lunch spot in the massive KOP Mall. Quiet, clean, beautiful restaurant, with excellent staff. Great iced tea (a plus to me!) and wonderful meal - I got the bolognese with chicken meatballs and spicy sausage (which was not too spicy at all - a nice little kick). It was excellent! Staff is very attentive, anticipating needs. I will definitely be back; I saw quite a few things on the menu I would like to try. “I went in the weekend and they always had people ordering and waiting. The service was quick for the smoothie I ordered. Loved the taste… unlike other smoothie places it wasn’t full of ice and very less fruit. Ordered mango smoothie and definitely recommend this here. “This place was not too bad especially for a mall food court. The service was fast, staff attentive, food was pretty good and portions were more than I could handle. I would not hesitate to go back. I got rice noodles General Tso's, and teriyaki chicken. It was all pretty good.
