I came into this Cafe for help with a credit card account. Despite there being no one there who worked with credit card accounts, the employee who assisted me, Emma, was incredibly helpful. She tried very hard to help me resolve my issue, helped me call customer service, tried to talk to them for me, helped me file a complaint, and even made some very helpful suggestions regarding the matter. Half price drinks all day. Every day.
If I knew this chai would be so good I would have gotten the bigger size. I said that last time and again this time. The chai is absolutely the perfect amount of spice and not super sweet.
Always a friendly welcome and sometimes even a free gift! From seeds to water bottles to tote bags we on occasion have scored some well curated merch.
The flavor and vibe + price can’t be matched at the mall. Don’t sleep on...

This was my first visit to the Capital One Cafe, and I was truly impressed by the friendly staff who kindly introduced the cafe's facilities to me. The space is quite spacious, featuring an open landscape design with modern decor. I would love to see a branch open at Cherry Hill Mall in the future.
