Why did it take me 10 minutes to get a Bagel but literally the 5 people served behind me in Line got their dozen donuts. breakfast burritos etc first? Why couldn't they even be bother to greet their customers even though they made eye contact?

I visited for the first time this weekend and was very disappointed. I was served luke warm coffee that tasted awful. I was there 15 minutes before closing and is was obvious no one recently made a fresh pot. The coffee should not have been served. The ice cream was average at best. With so many better options on KOP Main Street I will likely not be returning.
