“Let me start by saying I love the food at The Halal Guys so much that I ate there pretty much 4/4 nights a week for a year straight after work before trimming it back. I've never done that with any other restaurant. The gentleman I spoke to leaving the restaurant the other night said he drove 40 minutes to come enjoy the food. All of the food is very fresh. They are always cooking fresh chicken and beef. All the veggies are a great addition to the platter along with the fresh rice that is always being replenished. The hummus is very good and when you add the chili based hot sauce and mix it up, it's heaven. For those who can't handle the heat, there's their very popular "white sauce". King of Prussia is always very busy. Please do not let "Bobby Bobby" deter you from going to The Halal guys. He clearly doesn't understand the restaurant business......no crime. Look at his bowl. It has chicken and rice ONLY. Evidently he thinks since he is afraid of eating veggies that the rest of his bowl should be filled with extra meat. Sorry Bobby Bobby; that is not how any restaurant works. This place gives a ton of food. I rarely finish my small bowl and have never ordered a large one. In this business you could have the best product and location but take away top notch customer service and a highly dedicated GM/owner and get ready for your "Grand Closing". Caesar has been the GM at KOP for years now and I've never seen him have a bad day. He always has a smile on his face and treats all of his customers with the utmost respect. His customer service is exceptional. This is extremely rare. How do I know this? 35 years in the restaurant industry. Hail Caesar!!“

“Whenever we are at kop mall, mezeh is our first choice to eat.Being vegetarian i enjoy there food, lots of veggies with falafel.Today for me the bowl was too dry to eat.We end up throwing half bowl.I am not sure if i can go back and ask for extra sauce.“
“What a gem! I wandered in here by happenstance, because it was near the DMV location, and this is now undoubtedly my new favorite Indian place in the Philly area. For $15, I had a sumptious buffet feast complete with bhindi masala, aloo palak, sambar lentils, and several other dishes I don't quite know the name of and don't see regularly offered. For those who like meat, there were also three types of chicken dishes (one of which was biryani) and two fish dishes offered at the buffet. We were given naan, dosa, and another pastry called Methu Vada. Had I not stuffed myself on the main course, I would have also gotten dessert. Definitely will be back, even if I have to make the trek to the great metropolis of KOP. Highly recommended, especially if you want to eat a ton of different dishes on a budget and prefer Southern Indian-style vegetarian dishes.“

“Yo. Real talk. I don’t leave reviews unless I go through a culinary transformation, and today?
Halal Food King turned me into a certified flavor disciple.
I ordered:
• 2× Chicken & Lamb over rice (extra green + white sauce)
• 1× Nashville Chicken Sandwich
• 1× Philly Cheesesteak
• 1× Small Cheese Fries
• 1× Cheesecake
Every. Single. Thing. SLAPPED.
The rice platters? Built like royalty. The sauces? Sacred.
The cheesesteak? Tender, gooey, perfect roll-to-meat ratio.
The Nashville sandwich? Gave me attitude in the best way.
The cheesecake? I blacked out and came back licking the wax paper.
I literally started chewing the red-checkered paper wrap by accident because the flavor didn’t stop at the meat — it soaked into the materials 💀💀💀
The aftermath?
It looked like a flavor crime scene.
Nothing survived. I wiped every box. I gave the paper a second chance at life.
This isn’t just food. It’s emotional therapy with a spice profile.
If you’re within 100 miles of Drexel Hill, make the pilgrimage.
And if you’re reading this review still deciding?
You’re wasting time. Order it. Eat. Ascend.“

“Ordered 2 weeks in a row! Food is absolutely amazing. Wings are so yummy and the shawarma is the best! The order was perfect, exactly what we ordered
Love, love,love
On a side note, we ordered through door dash. On the porch, there are 3 tables with a huge note stating “for deliveries”
The dasher put our order on the ground right in front of our door, so when I opened the door, the whole bag fell! No common sense! Not the restaurant’s fault“
“Went to Khusbu today and got the Kala Bhuna along with Beef Tehari. The food me reminded of my mom's cooking back home in Bangladesh. It's pretty rare that you get to see Bengali food sold anywhere. I decided to come where with my friend the moment I saw the items. The owner was really good and personable he gave us Malai Tea on the house for us. I recommend you to come here for a taste of Bengali food along with Indian food if that's what you prefer.“

“I tried their Beef Burger and Chicken Sandwich, and both were good. I had asked for less sauce on the Chicken Sandwich, but they mistakenly added less sauce to the Beef Burger as well, which made it a bit dry. Despite that, the overall meat quality was excellent.“

“Ordered the Adana Kebab, three appetizer mix, and the sigara boregi (cheese filled pastry) and loved everything! The Carrot dip was amazing. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. The little market has a great selection of spices and other Turkish staples!“
