Came through the drive thru on 6/ 29/2026 around 7:58pm and the guy over the speakers was very rude. I don’t even bother to ordered any food and went elsewhere. His tone and attitude was very demeaning as if I was interrupting or bothering him. I’ve always had good experiences here but I was very surprised by this behavior.

If you have to close at 4AM to setup breakfast that’s fine…but the least you could do is list this business as closed between 4:00 and 4:30 instead of wasting people’s time and saying you are 24 hours. This is misleading.

Ordered 4 happy meals with 6 chicken nuggets, 5 burgers, and a medium fries. After about 15 minutes waiting it comes 4 happy meals with burgers, no chicken nuggets and missing one more burger. I was with three kids there waiting to have a fun dinner. Had to ask for the rest of the food, when it came one of the chicken nuggets package was empty. How I said, three kids hungry waiting to have dinner, didn’t ask for the nuggets anymore. My kids like McDonald’s, but for sure I’m not coming back on this one anymore

Very disappointed with my experience at this McDonald's location on Henderson Road in King of Prussia Pennsylvania. We came to order food and were told they were completely out of the specialty drinks, including the Dirty Dr Pepper and Berry Blast Sprite. When we tried using our coupon codes for discounted food, we were told the codes were invalid and then the system locked us out saying we exceeded the maximum attempts.
We asked to speak with a manager, and the employee claimed he was the manager and said there was nothing he could do because “none of the systems work.” We still decided to order, only to receive cold, stale food. When we requested a refund, the receipt they gave us was barely readable because the ink was so faint. I asked for another receipt to confirm the refund was processed, and again was told the machines didn’t work.
To make matters worse, when I asked for the general manager’s number, receipt number, or transaction information, the employee said he didn’t know how to find any of it. Overall, the customer service was terrible, the food quality was unacceptable, and it felt like a complete waste of time and money.
They restaurant was clean and presentable . The self serve soda counter was fully stocked with plenty of ice, napkins and straws. I ordered my food to go from the self ordering kiosk. My food came out in fairly reasonable time. All my food that I ordered was hot correctly made and tasty. All said and done. This was a good experience

No one said anything to me but we have to get drive thru done... Like font order don't matter... very unhappy .. and no one had on hair net around the food at all
