The taste of the ice cream has changedðŸ˜. It used to come here only for it. It was my favorite ice cream, but I don’t know what they did , it’s completely different now. Even the color changed, it’s more yellowish, watery, and it doesn’t have that creamy delicate flavor anymore.

Now this is the McDonalds I remember!! Fresh and just perfect. Went a few times to make sure it wasn’t a one time thing and nope 3rd time and fries are still fresh and my mcchicken still slapped! New fav location!

Went right before close. Maaan the young brothers were on point. Food was hot and fresh like the just open the store... that's what I'm talking about. Great service to. After a 5 hour ride they did great if you ask me.
Waited outside for 20 minutes at curbside mobile order, had to go inside and get it myself because they are incompetent. My order was sitting there ready for a long time and no one brought it out. Terrible customer service.

The drive thru person did not greet us when we got to the window. He did not smile or speak just took our money and handed us our order. We needed to ask for napkins and I felt as if we really inconvenienced him with the ask. McDonald's food is pretty consistent. The order was fine. The person manning the window seemed miserable.

It's McDonald's. Lol. What do you expect. But.... I just wanna say that Bobby Jo is great. She's very nice, professional, always smiling with a terrific work personality. Especially today. They forgot my daughter's 6piece nuggets in her Happy Meal. Gave me a burger instead which my daughter would NOT touch. Lol. Anyway. Bobby Jo took care of it right away. Apologized. It was not a big deal. The point is, she sets the example of the work attitude & personality that is exceptional. No matter the Job. I look forward to seeing her each time I go there. And so does my Daughter.
