Everything about our experience at Morton's Steakhouse was First Class. From the very beginning, our reservation was acknowledged by a personal call and not a text. Our server Jeannette went out of her way to make sure my Gluten Free challenges were thoroughly met and explained. I also appreciate the personal introduction of the Manager, Chad Wansink, who stopped at our table to extend Birthday Wishes to my wife on this special occasion. The food was excellent. Served perfectly...
Went to celebrate daughter's birthday. Waitress was very slow - not at all what we saw at other tables. Completely forgot to bring me my drink - blamed someone for running into her and then still took time to bring it to me. I was completely done eating dinner by the time it arrived. Not what we are used to at an exceptional steakhouse.
They were super busy and felt really bad they couldn't seat us right away for our reservation. They made it a point to get us situated asap and they could tell we were sorta hangry, lol. They took such good care of us, we really enjoyed ourselves. The GM Charles was great and our server Missy was outstanding. Thanks again for a great birthday dinner!
