The Revolution Chop House offers an excellent dining experience with a soothing ambiance and outstanding service from friendly and attentive staff. The 7 oz filet mignon is "melt in your mouth" delicious, and the crab cakes are full of crabmeat and highly recommended. Customers appreciate being welcomed like old friends by the hostess. The wedge salad is very good and nice to share, featuring crispy bacon and creamy blue cheese dressing. The salmon with wild rice is often noted as flaky and tasty, although some have had mixed experiences with it. The restaurant can get very busy, but the staff works hard to provide a good dining experience. The chef's specials, including wagyu steak and crab crusted rainbow trout, are wonderfully prepared.
