I went here and after waiting quite a while (at 10a, not rush hour), finally got my coffee and that was fine, but never got my pastry, and when I asked the staff they indicated it would come out when it came out, this was a half hour after ordering it...
Came here a few weeks ago with my travel buddy and got two refreshers. The service was great too and the staff was so friendly, my travel buddy wanted his refresher made with green tea rather than lemonade and they were so nice and did it. Would definitely come back again in the future.
I ordered here before work, and they added cheese to a sandwich that I asked for without cheese. I called later and spoke to Matteo and he was very apologetic and offered me a free sandwich to make up for my messed up one. I was extremely pleased with his customer service.
