When I use the app to order something for pickup, I am usually in the middle of my work day and need to not be waiting. They seem to have my beverage almost instantly, which is extremely convenient. Though it's obviously much more expensive than making coffee at home, starbucks is consistently good coffee and lattes.
Do not go to this location if you're in a rush. Service is consistently slow. The employees work hard, but they're not equipped to handle the volume of customers. I waited 28 minutes for a simple black coffee.
Good service from a few employees and great atmosphere. But the BIGGEST issue is that the outlet has no consistent timings. They would open whenever and close whenever. I usually walk to the place at like 11am to realize that the place has only drive thru till 12. For instance, today Google says it’s open till 7:30pm and the app says I can order in the store but the outlet is closed. It’s just NOT DEPENDABLE.
