I’m always on the road locating and ordering Starbucks… long story short, I ordered a drink from a location I couldn’t get to because of an exit closure. I called that store and they advised me if I took my receipt to another store they would honor the drink, which this store did with no hesitation! Very thankful
Stopped in today Ashley B. Was spectacular!!!! This is the kind of person I’d hope would continue to be promoted and applauded for all Her kindhearted hard work, she was really outstanding, Me and my elderly friend came in and I needed A cold Chai with espresso something bad, she was so spectacular at getting my drink spot on, I enjoyed it on the ride home back towards Lititz I really hope the owners of this location see these reviews and really Applaud Ashley B.
