We've eaten at many Capital Grille locations. The service was very good however the food wasn't quite as good as I remember. Just a tad disappointed.

We had a lovely lunch celebrating a friend's birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our salad and the excellent service provided by Omar. We also appreciated the extra touches and complimentary dessert that enhanced our celebration.

It was our first time here, celebrating my husband‘s birthday. Everything about the experience was just fantastic; from the service to the cocktails to the meal. Absolutely wonderful. We will certainly return.

I took my girlfriend here to celebrate a milestone in our relationship. I was praying for good service because another place had botched her birthday a few weeks back (see my review for the story and an amusing owner response).
We arrived at The Capital Grille and followed the host. They’d prepped our table with a card and hearts. Nice. Still, I had my eye on a nearby booth.
It was time for my “we’d like another table” move. I do this move a lot, even in my own apartment. My girlfriend knew it was coming and was ready with her bag. I made the request.
They didn’t blink. They accommodated smoothly, then hustled out with two glasses of champagne, gratis. That’s the kind of combo that gets you big stars.
They didn’t ask about the milestone. I liked that. I didn’t want to explain. It could have been mildly awkward. Our server just brought the drinks, said here’s to your milestone, and briskly walked away so we could toast. Pro.
The steaks were great too. We left well fed and happy.
Special occasion officially not botched- and officially made more special.

I come here weekly for work conferences, family events and gatherings. This time when I came one of the Hosts named Sara was so rude she was giving my and family an attitude she ignored our questions and walked away. Very disappointed in the service that this high end restaurant is offering very unusual experience!

***SKIP THIS LOCATION*** The male hostess working the front entrance today was atrocious. Unwelcoming to the point that we left and went to another steak house nearby where we felt welcomed!

The food was very good. I gave that score because they bring all the food out at once, but If some of us have steak why do I, who ordered the seabass have to wait and that is probably why the plate was hot but my food was cold. Also we were next to a window and there it was two flies. I noticed it because I put my pocketbook on the ledge. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to let the whole table feel uncomfortable.

Date night, Atmosphere is very posh/upscale. Plenty of parking space customer service was impeccable. Got seated within 5 minutes, waitress was professional and friendly. We ordered our Veuve Clicquot Champagne and oysters for appetizers, we went for salmon and steak for dinner. Capital Grille is very expensive!!! but worth it. I’d highly recommend.

Had lunch here today and it was worth every penny and a lot less than dinner (these days harder and harder to afford). We were 6 gals no one had any complaints and ALL praises! I had the $30 plate which they have about 5 choices. A wonderful steak and fries with delicious Caesar salad. We even split two deserts!! Oh, and we were with our friend who has Celiac and must not have gluten. Capital Grille could accommodate her as well. We will all return and can’t wait for our next visit. Shout out to Robin our wonderful waitperson!
