Truly not a singular complaint with this spot. Service and decoration was phenomenal. The interior is cozy and full, but not overly tight. Food is about as classic as it gets. The cheese fondues were incredible and you can't go wrong with the meats. The seafood in the Mojo was phenomenal, and the artichoke spinach cheese was second to none. I highly recommend this place, as a unique date or family restaurant--albeit much higher end. This place does carry a price tag.

Everyone was super friendly. We had a late reservation and were the last to leave and everyone was very nice as we left. Drinks were filled and the waitress was very attentive. The food was amazing. I highly recommend the flaming turtle chocolate fondue.

Great experience but I’m here to specifically give a shout out to the GM, Norm. He stopped by and said hi to my friend and I and we asked him about the food and he painted the most vivid word picture of the most epic delicious meal ever! Definitely glad we followed his advice on the meat, skipped the broth and oil and went for the grill. Chefs kiss! Shared a laugh over our mutual interest in dead poets society, wonderful guy. 10/10 would recommend!!

Visited Melting pot for the first time today. We were helped by Tucker, amazing service. He was so nice. Would def go back for his service. The kindest server. Love all their fondues. Food was good. We paid 200$ for drinks and their fondues for 2.
So only one critique, the 4 course meal was served over the course of 2.5hrs. Which with a baby was too long. We understand that since customers are paying 200$ for their meal they want to give them a wholesome experience. Make them feel like they are getting their money’s worth but it was too long.
Tucker even offered take away, which we are not big into so we didn’t go for it but quicker serve time would be great.
