Wild Rice Pan Asian Restaurant

Food was average and sushi portion size was small compared to other places. Had to wait a long time until we get the food. There was not much people also but it took a lot of time for the food to arrive. And the waiter was in a lot of hurry didn’t pay attention to the order also. I said no eel sauce on my sushi but still it came with the eel sauce. No one checked on us until after we were done and ready for the cheque also. Did not expect this and was surprised to experience this actually.

This place is the worst. The food was horrible and not right. The customer service is worse then the food. Honestly, surprised this place is operating.

This will be my last time coming to this business. The lady at the front was very very rude and not welcoming at all. I paid right on the spot. The guy comes out with my food and ask what did I get and I told him and he asked did I pay and I said yes. He then asked to see my receipt as if I was lying. Never ever again.

I ordered udon without veggies, but they brought a bowl that was half noodles and meat, and half vegetables. I asked for water with ice, and it literally tasted like tap water. Also, this is the only place I’ve been to in all my years in America where they actually demanded tips. Worst place ever.

I’ve given this place too many chances and now I’m done for good. Their sub 4 rating is well deserved! Only reason they received a 2 is because the lemongrass soup is consistently good. Who leaves the salmon skin on sushi that’s already full of fat too! Can’t chew this garbage! Wish I could upload photos of this garbage.

I ordered a suhi and it was pure rice, not shrimp..The toilets are dirty, the dirty glasses are very poor, the atmosphere is very poor.

I have gone to Wild Rice since the restaurant opened. Supported it in its original location. Post pandemic. And in her new location.
I ordered egg drop soup and noted that there was something wrong with it both in taste and smell.
After I refrigerated it, it bubbled up ( the container lid) and it smelled worse. I have ordered this many times from her menu.
I got the well OK whatever when I tried to discuss this with her- as an answer.
I will now be taking my money elsewhere, and I will never patronize her again. The easy thing for her to do was to just literally say hey I’ll give you a quart of egg drop soup. Nope.

So I will spend that $40/$60 when I order elsewhere at another local business. You have lost me as a customer.

The food typically is fine. But an attitude like that from Amy. Hard no after all of the years in supporting her. And I cannot forget the attitude the staff often have when eating in. This is why we almost always do take out.
