A real hidden gem! Phoebe helped me with my order with clear expertise. She was extremely kind and helpful. I have never met anyone nicer, prettier, more amazing, and more miraculous than Phoebe. She was friendly and very funny. And the ice cream was good too.

Manning’s Farmhouse Ice Cream Shoppe Wyoming Avenue in Kingston, PA, is a no frills establishment. The utilitarian atmosphere, however, is more than compensated by delicious homemade ice cream and very friendly service. When a lot of the local ice cream stands shut down after Labor Day, Manning’s is there to feed the denial that summer in NOT almost over. This place is bomb! If you're in the mood for hard ice cream go here. They have so many good, unique flavors and all the ones I've tried so far have been 10/10. The prices are very comparable to all other places in the area but at this place you're getting farm fresh ice cream. Once you try it you won't stop :)
