Food was generally ok, but the 'mixed green' salad was simply iceberg lettuce. Food took close to a half hour to arrive and the restaurant was not busy. Finally, when I asked our server if she could check on the food, she got a bit snippy. Also, the music was too loud to talk easily across the table.

Patty and I ordered the BYOB. When her order came she took a bite of the burger and said all she could taste was burnt meat. She tried to eat it but it couldn't. There is a difference between well done and burnt. The waitress returned part of the burger to the kitchen and the kitchen manager came out. She apologized and took some of the cost of the meal off of the bill. The waitress was very kind and gave us excellent service. Patty said she will go home and get the bottle of Mylanta out.

Huge shout out to the staff at the Craft House! We had a very large gathering for a family reunion on Saturday and the staff rocked it all the way around! Thank you for juggling so many of us. Getting all seated without knowing how many will finally be there and bringing our meals all out within minutes of each other's meal! Thank you so much for a great experience! The food was great too!

Our server, Issac, was very nice, patient, and also seemed to remember our order, never wrote it down, and got everything correct. It shows me how much of a professional he is, and the food also didn't disappoint. It was very filling, the Garlic Mozz. Bombs were absolutely amazing, same with the ranch and the chicken sandwich that I got. Overall, a very good place and might come here again. 😄
Love the rotating beer selection here and the food is always good. Service is hit or miss but I can overlook that if the other two are good. Most of the time the service is just fine. Would recommend.

Overpriced for mediocre food. Over $60 for 2 beers, a fish sandwich, and the Baja bowl. Why did I get charged for spinach dip? I never even asked for that nor did I even get it. The couple 2 seats from me got spinach dip but I didn’t even know them.
