First the waitress was uneducated about items on the menu, and beer selection at the bar. we asked what was on a strawberry Fields salad and her response was " ahhh strawberries and Fields" Second while we were waiting for over an hour for our food, we asked the waitress and her response was "sorry I'm not a cook." Needless to say we left without eating, and we will never be back. Don't waste your time there.
Came here on my sister’s bachelorette for dinner. We walked in and they sat us down within ten minutes. They took our order and got us all of our drinks within 30 minutes. Everything was going great until we watch every table around us get their food and leave when we still hadn’t been served. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer care and appreciation shown during my recent experience at Palermo’s Pizza Restaurant & Bar.
I placed a large takeout order over the phone totaling more than $200 for a small gathering with friends and family. I was quoted 45 minutes for pickup.
