The place is terrible. It’s dirty, needs a major update. Stayed there in April, no air conditioning or heat in the entire town center building. Paid for a suite because of the kitchen, there was no plates, cups, pots, pans, etc. The indoor pool is disgusting, never have towels and when you ask for them, they never bring them.
Don’t waste your money! Only 1 of the 3 slides are open. Hot tub close, huge kids area closed. There were clumps of hair and bandaids on the ground. The 1 slide that is open is pink but it has a brown stained bottom from the water. The stairs leaving to the slide are all rusted. It’s cold and disgusting. I can’t believe this is still open. I give 0 stars.
I reserved a couple months prior and it didn't say anywhere the water park was closed except 2 things. That's the main reason we went.
If you get a room with a kitchenette, they provide nothing. Except I called a couple days prior and they told me they do.
There is no lifeguard for the pool and no one there to follow through with the rules. We had little time for the pool thanks to other guests.
