It was dirty. There was no heat. There was almost no water and it is falling apart. We went Valentine’s Day weekend and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had.
This resort is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Rooms are big and clean, but the resort is an absolute dumpster fire. The store is open but half filled. The bar/restaurant is closed, the water park is closed, the pool and hot tub is filmy and gross. Don’t waste your money
READ THE REVIEWS they are spot on! Stayed overnight a Sat into Sunday; the room was 86+ degrees even with the doors open. Slide & toddler section of waterpark was not working. Broken doorways & frames, broken tiles on the bathroom floor, half the toilets in every public bathroom were “out of order.” Would not stay again.
