ABSOLUTELY-DONT STAY HERE!!
Elevators don’t work
No heating unit in the rooms.
Staying with a group and multiple parties had to change rooms due to no heat issues OR their room are 90° and heat don’t shut off. Hot/cold shower knobs are backward. Hairdryer doesn’t work/ half the outlets don’t work and there are switches on walls that do nothing. Dirt on floors, insulation/drywall dust on floors. Prices are for a resort when you get better service at a best...read full review
where is the refund we were promised since May since this place was such a joke . why can't the GM call .. why is there no phone number for the GM... why doesn't she or he sign their name on emails where is our refund
This place is run down….. room isn’t bad except for hardly no hot water and the bathroom door knob almost fell off if I didn’t tighten the screws. No one is at the front desk, sauna is out of order, I almost fell thru the floor board at the hot tub…Unsafe and filthy. Indoor pool not as bad and ya can’t swim in the little beach …… other then that the view is beautiful and people are friendly. Local restaurants are pretty good
