“The lady processing payment was so friendly and made conversation, no one does that anymore. She went out of her way to compliment my shirt saying it was artistic and that she was an artist. This is becoming rare in the hospitality business.

“This new asst manager was needed. The previous one had to go with her attitude. This place is clean enough to dine in now. The drive thru line isn't on hold for hours. The cars drive right on through. We got caught in the storm so I bought clothes to change into. She placed my food in the warming area until I came back out instead of leaving it sit on the counter. She was polite. I like this change and this asst manager.“
