“I’m new to Lancaster and knew I needed to check this place out due to the constant flow of customers into this restaurant. When I walked in I was immediately impressed. The kitchen was very clean: fryers, floor, and the service line. I’ve been in the food business for 40 years and it’s not easy keeping a kitchen this clean. The food was delicious! The chicken wings were crispy not greasy, the rotisserie chicken was moist and flavorful, and the pulled pork was tender and skillfully cooked. The rice, beans, and plantains are excellent as well. We will definitely return.“
