My grandchildren and I stayed at the Cartoon Network Hotel (should be motel) August, 2023. My grandkids loved the idea of staying here - they are young and did not notice the lack of customer service that I did. I am grateful and happy that they had a good time. The pictures are misleading. As far as motels go, this one is family friendly and nicely themed. Passing this motel off as a hotel is where I have a problem. You will pay hotel prices for a motel experience. The walls as so thin that I heard the neighbors' conversation as if they were in the room with us. 40 minute wait but only 4 tables were filled the whole night. Definitely short staffed. Typical limited menu and high prices for a "hotel" restaurant. My food was okay. But two of our four plates were bad. Also it was FREEZING in there. Please just go to one of the many surrounding restaurants nearby.
