Luckily the restaurant has amazing customer service, called me to ask if i ever received my food, made me a fresh pizza and sent it out immediately. 5 star food- 5 star service from Matt.“

“I ate at this Charley’s location and have to say I was highly impressed the young man who took my order I think his name was Jim, he was prompt and helpful with any questions I needed answered.The food was perfectly cooked and one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever eaten. The whole crew would get a thumbs up from me. Only problem was the short guy who forgot my fries and called out the wrong number.“
