“The minute you walk in you know this pizzareia is different than others. Chris, the owners offers a warm funny welcome and you immediately feel like you are standing in your best friends kitchen. He told me he makes the “best pizza” and I took the challenge! I wasn’t even there to eat but meet someone in the parking lot. He offered for me to come in afterward and try a free slice. Instead I ordered two pies to take back to Delaware. While they were in the oven Chris was explaining all kind of things about the art of making pizza. Not to put it piping hot in the box or to leave the full pizza boxes on the top of the oven- tricks only someone who really knew their craft would care about. It was such a fun afternoon, and to think I only stopped in to grab a drink and get change. Oh, the pizza… the best! The crust is to die for- crispy and crunchy not doughy like a garlic knot. The sauce tasted authentic, not sweet like you find at our hometown Grottos. Delicious pizza- rivals NYC slices. A definite pizzeria for the connoisseurs out there and even those that just want damn good pizza! 🍕“

“When I tell you I have truly never met a business owner more kind and attentive to his customers. My boyfriend and I came for lunch for the first time, AMAZING experience beginning to end. Walked in and was welcomed by the owners warm smile, so many things offered INSIDE the store that we didnt know (nostalgic candy, supplies etc) and our hoagies were amazing! Great quality meats and ingredients with FANTASTIC roll. I have immediately fallen for this place, and would recommend to anyone who loves a fresh sandwich, fun drink or goodies for friends!! “Great food!! Very hard out here in the state of Delaware to find beef pepperoni well I found it here this was a hidden gem for me food was cool and I get pepperoni. Prices good and staff great gave me a couple dollars off when I had something at my house for my birthday I didn’t do a big order either very small order so they didn’t need to give me anything off. Also gave my wife a free cheese steak one day because somebody ordered and did not come get the food, do you know how many places will throw that away before they give it away great place keep serving the community!!“
