“The mofongo & pork here is delicious ?. They put lil pieces of pig fat in the mofongo. The mofongo was moist. I like that they put a piece of crispy fat in your platter in case you want to add it to the mofongo. Its a pretty good size mofongo too. Sorry no pics, I ate it all ?. Everybody's nice. The inside is clean but small. Im definitely getting more mofongo here.Kid-friendliness: They have wing dings for kids?“
“Visited last year. Food was amazing, but service staff were impatient: rolling their eyes and sighing loudly. It was our first visit, so we were unfamiliar with the menu, the way in which to order, and what was where; it made us feel unwelcome.“
“Was delighted to find such big taste come from such a small restaurant. The best Dominican food in Lancaster . Take it from someone who rather cook there own food verses gambling with his hard earned money rather wasting it on takeout. If the ribs taste as amazing as the chicken I’m definitely going to be a weekly regular customer. 10 stars for sure.“
“So not the most up scale place. but it is a good food tuck for eating out late in the area or just getting a meal that hit the spot. the truck has been used for quite some time. The guys are super nice and friendly customer service is A+. Prices are not killer but normal for today eating out. I had the fried pork chunks and fried pig ears. Love the pork and my husband love the pig ear fried crispy. The choices in sides are not what make the meal but that why I give 4 stars need more sides.“
“My first time there, was impressed with the outlay in the restaurant. The service was very good, and the food, well let’s just say this is my new spot for excellent Dominican food. Only downside was the guava juice was outdated, dated at 11/2023 , that’s the reason for the four stars out of five“
“Punta Cana is a culinary diamond in the rough and it’s gleaming. Authenticity may be rare these days, but this little restaurant is a fearless exception. The staff are engaging, friendly, and so kind. You’re walking into a good time.Full disclosure; you may want a translator app handy, or know a little Spanglish, but you can easily get by with the English menu. It’s *that* authentic. The food is incredible. The rice was perfectly tender with a wonderful fragrance. The main dishes were so savory and bursting with flavor, and there are so many options to choose from. The first bite was like a warm embrace from a Dominican grandmother that I don’t even have.In all seriousness, it’s the kind of quality and variety I would expect from a royal wedding. You are so lucky to have found this restaurant. Get out there and try it.“
