“COBYS has been amazing to work with on our foster parenting journey. The initial training and approval process was extremely thorough and prepared us well for receiving foster children into our home. It's been almost two years now since we first started fostering and they have always been so helpful and caring towards us and the children!“

“Oh, so good! Today’s visit was our first, but not our last. BEST veggie omelet I have ever had, coffee was good, staff and chef friendly and hardworking. Highly recommend!“

“I have read all the reviews others have written and I agree whole heartedly with the great food, the wonderful friendly and family oriented atmosphere, and the extremely attentive service . I have been coming every week with my mentor and awesome friend to get caught up and to break bread together over the past year. The owners are so kind and friendly. I truly believe their mission there is to provide a wonderfully wholistic family dining experience that leaves the customer feeling cared for.“

“Do not love it anymore. I always got the salmon platter. Very good, but no longer on the menu.
I was there at lunch , but had to order eggs for lack of a good choice for me.
So I got 2 eggs and whole grain bread. The 2 slices of bread were stale and they charged me $2.49, really? I could have bought a whole loaf of whole grain bread that was FRESH not stale at the grocery store for the same price as 2 slices.
Two eggs, bread, Cole slaw and the other person got a burger and fries. Both had water. Total $25.00.
Sorry Bob Evans, I won't return. Very disappointed.“

“We visited for breakfast this morning. Scrambled eggs, rye toast, raisin toast, bacon, creamed beef, potatoes, and baked oatmeal with apples & raisins. Everything was delicious & every plate/bowl was emptied. We'll be visiting again on our next trip! Highly recommend!“

“They have the best shepherds pie ever! Just wish they would have it during the week more than just Saturday. I would come way more. I hope the restaurant sees this!“

“Best steak and eggs I’ve had easily in the last decade. All the portions were huge. Entire family raved about the meal. Only thing that makes me sad about here is I didn’t know until today that they existed but we will definitely be back! Staff very nice and personable also. Not a negative thing to say honestly.“

“Family Fare has a good breakfast menu, moderately priced. Nice, clean restaurant/venue (including their bathrooms). Friendly, helpful wait staff. I dine there 2 times per month with a group of 10 people, on a weekday morning.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have 2 wheelchair parking spaces.“

“My family and I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed as it possibly could, and yet, the wait wasn’t bad at all. It seemed as though the servers were rushed to get people out as fast as possible- which makes me wonder why they would all give the check and say no hurry, but then definitely hurry you. Food was great, I ordered the super spicy potato skins and they were pretty burnt; everything else was absolutely fantastic though!“

“It took a bit to get waited on. Got the buffet just needed to order drinks. They charge 3% on the bill if you use your card. There is a gift shop and supermarket there as well. I would go again but take cash to pay. You only get one scoop of ice cream with the buffet. It was very good“

“Disappointed again and not sure I will go back. I had Eggs Benedict and the eggs were over cooked and the Hollandaise sauce was separated and oily looking.
I had a grilled sticky bun which was a disappointment also. Looked and tasted like it was sitting around for a while and the sticky tasted like a caramel sauce.“

“This is a great diner write off of New Holland Pike route 23 around 2 mi west of Leola Pennsylvania. It is located to the right of the convenience store at the Sunoco station which is also next to the Freeze And Frizz ice cream parlor. The food is excellent and served quickly. The price is very reasonable compared to the high cost of eating out now. I had the pancake breakfast. My pancake was the size of a hubcap.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is right off of the sidewalk. No steps.“
