I've heard a lot about this place so wanted to check out the appeal. It's like a low end Subway... which I never realized could be a thing. The food was painfully average. Dry, flavorless bread (I love bread so that's hard for me to write) and pretty mediocre options.
I ordered late at night. Maybe that was the problem. "Koffi" was a very rude manager on duty, to resolve the issue I had with my order. I requested Dijon mustard on my Italian sub. There was next to none on it. He demanded to have me bring my sandwich back, since he could not provide the mustard and a spreading utensil to resolve the issue myself (which Is what I requested). He proceeded to smear my sub with too much , being obviously frustrated with my complaint with too little....read full review

They have an option to use lettuce instead of bread. If I had a normal person's metabolism, the price/food ratio would have been fine, but actually I have a really really high metabolism and eating at Jimmy John's regularly would get really expensive.
