“Food is good as always. Inside it still looks like the old KFC. ONLY issue was the lady that waited on us could not understand that we did not want and she couldn't/didn't understand us. We repeated no wings and she said no legs. Probably three or four different times. I personally think that if you are dealing with people for your job, you should be able to understand them. There was a car detailing guy in the parking lot detailing a car also. One guy parked the opposite way that the parking spaces are and was WAY TO CLOSE TO MY CAR. When I asked my husband a question, he said what did you say with an attitude. Wasn't even talking to him. People suck at times. KFC tho was good as always“
“I was ready to do a one for having to pull up and park to wait for food but food was hot and it actually was good. I was in the mood for Long John's fish and it worked. The one issue though - please don't tell people to park in handicapped spaces to wait for their food as I actually am handicapped and had to wait to go inside to use facilities until someone moved.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are two spaces however people waiting for food might be in them per employee directions.“

04/08/2025. what a GREAT experience KFC Lancaster 1535 Manheim Pike , Lancaster, PA 17601! It's been a long time since i've been into a KFC for a meal. and I'll be back as result of Today's experience. Upon entry, I was greeted by a charming young man with a great smile, professional, helpful, personable, friendly who provided great customer service - Christian M. my 94 y.o. Mum craved fried chicken after a doctor's visit and we were in proximity of the store. The food was fresh, tasty and of very good quality. Mum was VERY happy and satisfied with the chicken and fries. keep up the good work! we'll be back!“
