KFC in Baltimore

“Five stars! Drove out of my way for a better KFC. Very glad I did so. Ordered a 12 piece meal. They were out of wings. No biggie, the manager was happy to substitute. Very friendly and efficient. Food looks and tastes great. New favorite KFC.“

“Food was good, it was fresh and hot. Service was little slow, it took for a while to get our food. Site was little dirty, employees should keep eye on th me dining room and drink station. Other than that everything else is similar to what I expected from a fast food restaurant…“

“Sharon and and team greatly exceeded all of our expectations at this KFC location today. We arrived shortly after opening around 10:45 AM to order the Tuesday Special of 8 piece buckets. We ordered 1 regular drumsticks and thighs box, Additionally we ordered an 8 piece chicken tenders box. We were informed a couple times that our order would take a slight amount of additional time. We had no issue with this at all. We did not have to wait too long at all. Maybe an extra 10 minutes, yet that was okay with us as long as our order was made fresh and hot. Which it was. The quality of the food, the professionalism and courtesy of all the present staff was top rate. Ms. Shavonn, the RGM at this location was so courteous and calm throughout the process, it was impressive. The physical location was extremely clean and parking was exceptionally accessible. Being that we live in this neighborhood,we will continue to visit and reccomend this location to family, friends and associates.“

“After a long time, decided to try KFC and ordered the Wings & Wedges Box. Received my order without any delays and was impressed with the quality of the food and service in store. The wings tasted great while the nuggets were ok. The only letdowns were not getting the 4 biscuits which I wasn’t able to check while receiving at the store and not getting the food packaged in a box as advertised.But other than that, everything went well and would return again making sure to check the accuracy of the order being received to us.“

“I placed an order through uber eats and when I tell you I am completely satisfied….i am completely satisfied!!!!! The food was hot, tasty, and flavorful. I was suffering from a migraine and after I ate my meal I was in no more pain. I’m so happy that KFC also brought back potato wedges and bbq sandwiches. I absolutely loved my meal and will be ordering from here more. Thank you for making my meal fresh and flavorful I really appreciate it!!!“

Great food, good deals on their app., its just the parking lot is so dirty,trash flying around and a ton of cigarette butts everywhere..kinda ruins the atmosphere of quality clean food.I do love the drive thru...nevr had I ever had any bad stories to tell.always the kindness of the employees, I look forward to.thnks!“

“I went to the KFC in Catonsville, Maryland on December 18, 2025 because I live down the street from there. I purchase two chicken pot pies. The signs with the pictures of the chicken pot pie is a lie. The signs are on rhe the windows. On the pictures the chicken pot pie on filled with filling and plenty of vegetables, the chicken pot pie were hollow inside . Ther was very little filling . I was disappointed. I was very hungry. I had been teacing school all day;It was late, cold and windy.I had not eaten since morning. The pot pies were two dry and no filling. I saw maybe three carrots and one pea. I went to bed sad, hungry and upset. One Friday, December 19th, I stopped at the KFC in Randerstown, Maryland. Again the chicken pot pies were a mess. There was no chicken, dry , and no vegetables . I live about 30 minutes or more from KFC. I had two bad experiences. I sign is a lie. It was cold and dark. SHAME ON YOU C.SAUNDERS.

“There was a woman working the window around 11:00 a.m. today the 15th of November. She's definitely a good one. Very patient, polite. They didn't have certain things on the menu and she really couldn't have went about it any other way. She brought the food out to us. It was raining. I got distracted with the baby looked over and she was patiently waiting. I had just had a bad experience at Popeyes because they were very impatient and seem like a language barrier. So to come somewhere and be treated good was truly a blessing thank you“

“I gave this place another shot as I noticed since Covid alot of places have had staff issues this time was better they got new furniture the ppl were nicer and they angry man with the dreads wasn't around I got the wings and they were delicious the mgr was nice I liked this interaction“
