04/08/2025. what a GREAT experience KFC Lancaster 1535 Manheim Pike , Lancaster, PA 17601! It's been a long time since i've been into a KFC for a meal. and I'll be back as result of Today's experience. Upon entry, I was greeted by a charming young man with a great smile, professional, helpful, personable, friendly who provided great customer service - Christian M. my 94 y.o. Mum craved fried chicken after a doctor's visit and we were in proximity of the store. The food was fresh, tasty and of very good quality. Mum was VERY happy and satisfied with the chicken and fries. keep up the good work! we'll be back!“

“I visited KFC (Lancaster - Columbia avenue) on 12/23/25 at 8:04 PM with my 8-year-old son, and we had such a great experience. Lay was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to talk to my son and make sure our order was right.
While we were eating, my son said his Pepsi tasted like Coke. Rashon Jones overheard and kindly offered to replace it from a different machine — and it tasted much better.
Both Lay and Rashon went above and beyond. Their attention and care made our visit wonderful. Thank you!“

“We stopped in this afternoon and, after reading some of the reviews, I was a little hesitant. I'm happy to say our experience was much better than expected.

The lobby and restrooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. One of the young ladies even offered to clear our tray, which was a nice touch. The food was some of the best I've had from a KFC in a long time—fresh, hot, and flavorful.

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there's always room for a little improvement. Overall, it was a great experience, and the next time we're in town and craving KFC, we'll definitely stop by this location again.“
