Average chicken joint.
Amazing service!! The head cook, Mike waited on me!! He was so friendly and made sure that the order was correct!!
Every time I place an order for pickup or delivery they never include the sauce that you ask for or any utensils. You have to ask for it at the window and even then they don’t give you the amount that should be included in your order…

KFC, located on Columbia Ave in Lancaster, PA, has received mixed reviews. Some customers have noted that the food is good as always, while others have expressed concerns about service and pricing. A customer reported that although the inside still looks like the old KFC, there were communication issues with the female staff, who had difficulty understanding their order. This led to frustration during the ordering process. Another customer, who ordered online, experienced a longer wait than expected and felt that the service was lacking, as no one acknowledged them at the drive-up window. On a positive note, another customer praised the friendly service from the female staff at the drive-thru intercom and counter. However, some have mentioned that prices for the same products have become too high, making it less attractive for them. Overall, the quality of the food and service at this KFC location appears to vary significantly.
