I rarely go to this taco bell because it’s never a good experience. They always have an attitude at the window, god forbid as a customer you aren’t fully aware of what you’re doing and would be expected to be received positively. Then the food is always terrible. How am I going to eat tacos that are broken and mushed down? Order says fire sauce, gets hot sauce. Order says no lettuce on tacos; gets more lettuce than meat and cheese. Has been good since new store opened!!!
I judge my Taco Bell’s by how often they get my order wrong. Considering the lettuce issues, it’s important that they get it right. I believe they have gotten my order wrong once, but that was a while ago.
